By preordering, you’re helping us create a more sustainable fashion model. We purchase based on real customer demand, ensuring every garment finds a home. This approach allows us to avoid overordering inventory and prevents excess stock that often ends up heavily discounted or discarded.

Preordering also gives you early access to new arrivals and exclusive designs before they are available to everyone else.

How Preorders Work

When you purchase a preorder item, your order is placed with our supplier after your purchase is received.

Preorder Timeline

Order Processing: 1–7 business days

Your order is reviewed, processed, and submitted to our supplier.

Preparation & Shipping: 7–14 business days

Your item is carefully purchased, prepared, and shipped.

Delivery to Customer: 10–21 business days

Most preorder items are delivered within 10–21 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier transit times.

Important Information

• Preorder items are not currently in stock and are ordered specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

• Processing and shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on the location and availability of each item.

• You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Pre-Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted to our supplier.

• We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and our policies before placing an order.
