Shipping & Preorder Policy

Regular Items

Please allow 7–15 business days for processing, shipping, and delivery of regular in-stock items.

Preorder Items

Please allow 10–21 business days for processing, shipping, and delivery of preorder items. By placing a preorder, you are reserving an item before it arrives at our warehouse. This enables us to offer a broader range of styles while minimizing overproduction and waste.

Shipping Information

After your order has been processed, delivery times are dependent upon:

• The shipping method selected at checkout
• Your delivery location
• The location of the item(s) being shipped
• Carrier transit times and specifications
• Weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen delays

Shipping charges are calculated and collected at the time of purchase unless a free shipping promotion is active at the time your order is placed.

Multiple Warehouses & Split Shipments

Our inventory is stored in multiple warehouses and fulfillment locations. As a result, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

If your order contains both regular and preorder items, the items may be shipped together or separately depending on product availability and warehouse location.

While delivery times may vary by package, all items should arrive within the applicable timeframe listed above.
