WAYDIA + CO RETURN POLICY

At WAYDIA + CO, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returns postmarked more than 7 days after delivery may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, and damage
  • Returned with original tags attached (if applicable)
  • Returned in their original condition

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Preorder items
  • Sale, clearance, and promotional items
  • Accessories, jewelry, handbags, hats, scarves, and undergarments
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items damaged due to normal wear, improper care, or misuse

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please use the return feature within your WAYDIA + CO customer account.

If you do not have an account, you may create a WAYDIA + CO account using the email address associated with your order to initiate your return request, manage your returns, and track your orders.

Once your return request has been submitted and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as WAYDIA + CO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your return.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and may be used toward any future purchase on www.waydiaco.com.

If a refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order while your return is being processed.
